BRAAI RECIPE: PORK BELLY & SHITAKE MUSHROOM KEBABS
To make three large skewers, you’ll need:
- 600g pork belly
- 200g shitake mushrooms
- @home spice mix
- Good glugg of olive oil
Method:
- Score the pork belly with 1/2cm wide lines.
- Cut the pork belly into 5cmX5cm blocks.
- Thread the pork belly squares and shitake mushroom onto each skewer.
- Generously coat the skewers in olive oil.
- Spice and then grill on a medium heat until done.
