Position

Avoid placing your wood furniture in direct sunlight as the sun’s ultraviolet rays can cause your wood to dry out. Position under a large umbrella or canopy to minimize any damage from sun or other outside elements such as rain. If your wooden furniture sits close to a large sunny window, keep the curtains drawn when you can.

Clean

Clean spills with a soft cloth moistened slightly with warm, soapy water. Do not use ammoniated detergents or any abrasive cleaning agents. Dry with a second soft cloth or allow to air dry.

Polish

If you wish to polish your wood furniture be sure to select a suitable furniture wax or wood preservative. Rub with wax immediately after cleaning. Apply according to the instructions on the label.
