CINNAMON PUFF PASTRY TARTLETS
INGREDIENTS
Puff Pastry
1/2 Cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 Cup brown sugar
Cinnamon powder
Icing sugar
Milk

METHOD
Roll out puff pastry into rectangular shape.
Cut into strips.
Make a mix of Half cup soft Butter, Half cup Brown sugar (adjust to taste) and 2 tsp Cinnamon powder.
Mix well.
Rub on strip of pastry roll up.
Place on mini foil trays bake 180 deg +- 10 to 15 mins or till done.
Brush with melted butter after removing from oven or make a thick Glace icing with icing sugar and few drops of milk spread over when cold.

EXTRA TIPS
Instead of Cinnamon sugar, you can use any of the following:
Nutella can be used for spreading
Cooked apple cubes
Mixed raisins
Pureed Dates
Mixed nuts
Custard
