COFFEE COLADA
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml spiced Rum
- 30 ml Barista Boys Espresso
- 25 ml Monin Pina Coco
- 100 ml Pineapple juice
- 2 squeezed lemon or lime wedges
METHOD
Build Pineapple juice, Monin Pina Coco and Squeezed Lime/Lemon wedges and stir. In a shaker add the spiced Rum and espresso. Shake and stain over the ingredients in the glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge
