CUPPA CAKE
This vegan mug cake is exactly what you need when you don’t feel like all the washing up that comes with baking! Plus, there is just nothing cuter than a single serving dessert, am I right?!

Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
60ml (1/4 cup) spelt flour/white flour
15ml (1 Tbsp) coconut sugar/brown sugar
2.5ml (1/2 tsp) baking powder
Pinch of salt
30ml (2 Tbsp) peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice
60ml (1/4 cup) almond milk/dairy milk
30ml (2 Tbsp) chocolate chips/vegan chocolate chips
15ml (1 Tbsp) strong coffee (optional)
METHOD
Add all the ingredients, except the coffee, into a mug and mix well. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and pour the coffee over your cuppa cake.
