GOLDEN TURMERIC LATTE

Total time: 10 minutes
750ml (3 cups) almond milk (or plant-based milk of your choice) + an additional 125ml (1/2 cup), for frothing
5ml (1 tsp) ground turmeric
45ml (3 Tbsp) honey of your choice
2.5ml (1/2 tsp) ground cinnamon + extra for dusting
A pinch of black pepper
2 cinnamon sticks, to serve
Place 3 cups of almond milk in a small saucepan and heat over low heat. Add the turmeric, honey, cinnamon and black pepper to the milk and whisk well to combine.
Heat for 5 minutes over low heat, whisking halfway through the cooking time. Pour into mugs or glasses of your choice. Froth the remaining almond milk, top the lattes with foam, dust lightly with ground cinnamon and top with cinnamon sticks.
