200 g frozen mango chunks
75 ml (5 Tbsp) coconut yoghurt
1 lime, zested and juiced
Coconut flakes, toasted to garnish
Mint, to garnish
Place the frozen mango, coconut yoghurt and lime juice in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes, lime zest and mint.
