  •  1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  •  1 Frozen Banana
  •  1 cup Spinach
  •  1/2 cup (plus more as needed) Almond Milk (Unsweetened) or Milk of your choice


  1. Add the mixed berries, banana, spinach and almond milk to the blender. Blend until smooth – the mixture should be thick. Add a some more liquid if necessary to get it to blend completely smooth
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings, for example granola, cherries and edible flowers

CHEF’S TIP: This quick and easy Smoothie Bowl is a healthy Paleo and Vegan breakfast. 1 scoop vegan potein powder is a nice addition to this recipe.
