Serves:  12 crackers

Prep time:  15 minutes

Cooking time:  5 minutes


12 black rice cracker or cracker of choice

1 small cucumber

50ml cream cheese

12 small prawns, pan-fried or steamed

Salt & pepper



Place all your crackers spread out on your platter.

Slice the cucumber into 12 slices, about 3mm thick.

Use a dot of the cream cheese as ‘glue’ to stick the cucumber to the cracker. Spread the cream cheese on the cucumber and then top with the prawn. Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with microherbs and serve.
