QUICK & DELICIOUS DALGONA COFFEE
2 tbsp instant coffee (or decaf coffee)
2 tbsp granulated sugar (or sugar alternative)
2 tbsp hot water
400ml milk of choice (hot or cold)
Ice blocks/marshmallows (optional)
Combine your first three ingredients in a small mixing bowl and use a whisk to beat the mixture for about 5 minutes until it gets thick, creamy and caramel brown in colour.
TIP: Use a hand mixer or milk frother to make this part a little easier
Next, pour milk and ice cubes into a glass (or warm milk in a mug). Scoop the coffee froth and place it on top of the milk.
Use a spoon to swirl the froth into milk, top it off with some marshmallows if you wish.
