RECIPE: PUFF PASTRY CHOCOLATE TWISTS
Serves: 8-10
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 – 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Ready bought puff pastry – defrosted
1 egg – eggwash
1 slab of dark chocolate – chopped
METHOD
- Dust a flat surface with flour
- Roll out puff pastry and place on the flour. Brush with eggwash and sprinkle generously with dark chocolate.
- Cut puff pastry into 5 cm strips.
- Twist the strips and place on a baking tray.
- Bake at 200 for 12 – 15 mins or until crispy and golden brown.
