SALTED CARAMEL CRÊPE CAKE

Ingredients

For the Crêpes:

2 boxes Nomu Pancake and Waffle Kit

4 eggs

125 ml (1/2 cup) oil

1 l (4 cups) milk

For the Filling:

1 jar Ma Mère Salted Butter Caramel Spread

1701 Pistachio and Caramel Nougat, cut into pieces for garnish

Method

For the Crêpes:

Place 4 sachets of the Nomu Pancake and Waffle Kit in a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs, oil, and milk. Whisk together to form a smooth batter.

Spray your @Home Crêpe Pan with non-stick spray and place on a medium heat. Bake the crêpes for about 1 minute per side. Repeat until you have used up all the batter.

For the Filling:

It is time to assemble your crêpe cake. Place a crêpe onto your cake stand, spread with the Salted Butter Caramel Spread and repeat the process until you have stacked all the crêpes. Finish the top with a dollop of caramel and top with the 1701 Pistachio and Caramel Nougat.
