SMITH’S CITRUS AND ROSEMARY GIN COCKTAIL JUG
We cannot think of anything more refreshing than this gin cocktail jug. It is perfect for lazy days next to the pool or spending time with friends and family in the garden this summer!

Makes about 1.2litres
30ml (2 Tbsp) brown sugar
Zest of 3 oranges
2 rosemary stalks, picked
180ml (3/4 cup) Smiths Citrus Gin
250ml (1 cup) freshly-squeezed orange juice
750ml (3 cups) pink tonic water
Orange slices, to garnish
Fresh rosemary stalks, to garnish
Use extra-large ice trays and fill them up with water. Add the zest of 1 orange to the ice tray cubes, together with a few fresh rosemary leaves. Freeze until needed.
Using a pestle and mortar, grind the brown sugar, zest of 2 oranges and 2 rosemary stalks, until you have a smooth paste.
Combine the paste with the Smiths Citrus Gin, fresh orange juice and pink tonic water.
Give the cocktail a slight stir and enjoy.
