Set the mood for a beautiful evening or end it off on the right note with this classic cocktail recipe.
125 ml tequila, plain or gold will do the trick
3 cups frozen strawberries, available at any supermarket
Juice of 3 limes
125 ml simple syrup
2 cups crushed ice
1 lime for garnish
Salt for the rim
2 large fresh strawberries
Place Tequila, lime juice, frozen strawberries, simple syrup and crushed ice into a blender and blend until smooth
Wipe rim with lime wedge and dip in salt for garnish
Pour in the strawberry mixture and garnish with a fresh strawberry and slice of lime on the rim of the glass
