3 Eggs

400 ml Milk

4 Tbsp oil

6 Tbsp flour

1 Tbsp baking powder

A selection of veggies: broccoli, mushrooms, red & yellow peppers, white onion

Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese for topping


Chop veggies into small pieces.

Lightly fry to bring out the flavour.

Mix together eggs, flour, baking powder, milk and oil.

Add in your veg.

Pour into a roasting dish and top with grated cheeses.
